iSlay Beauty provides beauty products, professional hair services, memberships, educational classes, and a licensed beauty staffing network. Policies vary by offering. By purchasing or booking, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping & Fulfillment (Products Only)

• Orders process within 1–2 business days
• Estimated delivery: 3–14 business days
• Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Tracking information is provided upon shipment

Orders may ship from fulfillment partners in Ohio, Georgia, or internationally, including China.

Returns & Exchanges (Products Only)

• Returns, exchanges, or store credit requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, untampered, and in original condition
• Products that have been used, altered, untied, installed, or washed are not eligible

Customers are responsible for return shipping when correct items were received.

Product Notes:

Natural texture shrinkage and minor color variation may occur. Length or color differences are not grounds for return

• All services require a non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits or full service charges

Classes & Events

• All tickets are non-refundable
• Seating is limited and requires advance registration
• Events may be rescheduled if minimum attendance is not met

Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Benefits and terms are subject to change

Staffing Network

iSlay Beauty connects licensed professionals with opportunities. Participation requires valid licensure and approval. Independent contractor arrangements are separate from iSlay Beauty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Support inquiries may be submitted through our Contact Us form. Responses are typically provided within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Privacy

Customer information is collected for order processing, bookings, communication, and service improvement. Personal data is not sold or shared except as required to operate services.
